Principle and structure
Overview
Facility that can significantly enhance the dust collection performance compared to the existing dust collectors with similar treatment capacity as dirty gas with wide particle size distribution can be removed consecutively from big particles per particle size through impaction caused by centrifugal force and inertial force and prevention application and dust collection of bag filter in one space by combining in one unit the cyclone, inertial impaction and bag filter.

Bag Filter Dust Collector
Principle and structure
Overview
As a device that is used most comprehensively among the methods of separating dust particles from exhaust gas, it is based on the principle of inertial impaction, contact and expansion. It is a facility that makes the exhaust gas containing various dust pass through several filters that have been installed in a straight line to remove dust. The material of the filter cloth has to be selected by considering the characteristics, temperature, etc. of the dirty gas. The collected dust undergoes instantaneous compressed air or repeated mechanical cleaning, enabling stable continuous operation.
